// PROCESS //

// RAW MATERIAL //

The primary commodity that is used in our spinning is 100% Cotton fibre. Organic Cotton is also used for BCI certified cotton bales. Quality that we use is hand-picked Shankar 6 for precise quality.

// GINNING CHARKHA //

Ginning is the first mechanical process involved in processing cotton. Ginning is the process of separating the cotton fibers from the cotton seeds.
Make: National
M/c: 24 Nos

// BALE PRESS //

Cleaned cotton fibre is taken to the bale press which compresses the ginned cotton fibre into bales that weigh around 170 Kgs.
Make: Mafatlal

// BLOW ROOM //

Blow Room is set of opening and cleaning machinery. Blow Room is process to carefully open cotton tuffs in small lumps, clean and remove microdust and other impurities and send to Carding machine through chute feed.
Make: Truetzschler
M/c: 1 Blendomat

// CARDING //

Carding is one of the most important process in the spinning process as it directly determine the final features of yarn. Objective of carding process to open individual fibers, eliminating remaining impurities, removing small fibers and neps, parallelizing and starching of fiber and converted in sliver.
Make: Truetzschler
M/c: 17 Card

// LAPPING //

Lap former machine is used for the preparation of lap. In lapping the dust is removed to create a flat sheet or lap of fibres.
Make: Rieter
M/c: 2 Lap Former

// COMBING //

For getting high quality of yarn, one extra process is introduced which is called combing process. The combing process is carried out in order to improve the quality of the sliver coming out of the card. The process eliminates short fibres, it achieves better parallelisation of fibres, it straightens curls, and it removes neps and residue impurities by using a comb on combs assisted by brushes and rollers is called combing.
Make: Rieter
M/c: 10 Comber

// FINISHER DRAWING //

Finisher Drawing is process of doubling, drafting, blending, equalizing, parallelizing and to make more even sliver by passing through drafting rollers.
Make: Rieter
M/c: 3 Breaker, 5 Finisher

// SPEED FRAME //

Sliver is thick, untwisted strand that tends to be hairy and to create fly. Roving frame process is consist of drafting and implies twist to make Roving with enough strength to convert in suitable feed package for Ring frame to make yarn.
Make: Zinser
M/c: 5 Speed Frame

// RING SPINNING //

Ring spinning is most convenient way to produce yarn from staple fibers by simultaneous process of drafting, twisting and winding on cope.
Make: KTTM
M/c: 26112 Spindles
Equipped with SLUB, Compact & ELI-Twist attachments.

// LINK CORNER //

Winding is process to make longer length and fault free yarn package suitable for further process at customer end. Precision winding and fault free yarn quality is a prerequisite of modern weaving and knitting to get high efficiency and fault free fabric production.
Make: Schlafhrost
M/c: 16 Auto Coner

// TFO //

TFO stands for Two For One. The process of twisting is an indispensable means of improving certain yarn properties and satisfying textile requirements that cannot be fulfilled by the single yarns. The method of twisting two or more single yarns is called doubling or folding or ply twisting.
Make: Savio
M/c: 1920 Spindles
Make Weavetech
M/c: 960 spindles
